By accessing and using WISP.llc ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

WISP.llc provides automated security documentation and compliance services, including but not limited to security policies, incident response plans, risk assessments, compliance mapping, and security monitoring for businesses.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Period

All subscriptions are provided on an annual (yearly) basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Non-Refundable

All payments are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Early termination of service
Change in business needs
dissatisfaction with the service
Any other reason

We encourage you to carefully evaluate our services before making a purchase.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is NEVER shared with any third party under any circumstances.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information, business data, or any documentation you provide to us with any third party. Your data remains exclusively yours and is used solely to deliver our services to you.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including:

Encryption: All documentation, communication, and integrations use encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit)

Upon payment of your subscription, you receive a license to use the documentation we generate for your business. You retain ownership of your business information and any custom documentation created specifically for your organization.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack any part of our services
Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISP.llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, you will retain access to any documentation generated during your subscription period for a reasonable time after termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
